Vintage Orchid Ombre Orange Saree
A refreshing take on the native flowers of Sri Lanka. The Vesak orchid flower is illustrated with the jasmine flower in the traditional version to create this vintage print. This saree showcases a line illustration style.
The saree comes with an unstitched printed blouse piece in shades of yellow to orange as the saree. The blouse piece is plain with a line of print at the borders.

What is a pre-order?
A pre-order lets you reserve a piece from a new collection, or from a limited or sold-out edition, before it's ready. These pieces are still being made when you order, so they take longer to reach you than in-stock items. The button on a pre-order product reads "Pre-order" instead of "Add to cart".
Why pre-order?
It guarantees your piece, in your size, before it's released. Our collections are made in limited quantities in Sri Lanka, and popular pieces often sell out before they arrive in stock.
How long will it take?
Each piece takes 3–4 weeks to make. Delivery time is on top of that, using the shipping option you chose at checkout. In total, expect your pre-order within about 5–6 weeks of ordering. See Shipping & Delivery.
Payment
Pre-orders are paid in full when you place your order.
Can there be delays?
Our pieces go through several production and finishing steps, so delays occasionally happen. If yours is delayed, we'll email you an updated date as soon as we know.
Ordering pre-order and in-stock items together
We'll hold the whole order and ship everything together when the pre-order item is ready. If you'd like your in-stock items sooner, place two separate orders. Each order pays its own shipping.
Changing or cancelling a pre-order
- Changes (product, size or quantity): within 2–3 business days of ordering.
- Cancellations: within 24 hours of ordering. After that, production has started and pre-orders can't be cancelled.

Sales tax
Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated at checkout based on your address. There are no import duties or customs fees to pay on delivery.
Tracking
When your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking link.
Changing your delivery address
We can change the delivery address any time before your order is dispatched. Email tharshana@tharshana.com as soon as possible.
Stock availability
Occasionally an item sells out after you've ordered it. If this happens, we'll send the items we have and ask whether you'd like to wait for a restock or receive a refund for the missing item.
Late or damaged parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected time, contact us and we'll follow up with the carrier. If it arrives damaged, email us photos of the packaging and item.
Cancellations and returns
You can cancel any time before your order is dispatched. After dispatch, our Return Policy applies. US returns are sent to our US address:

To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- unused and unworn, in resellable condition
- in their original packaging, with any tags attached

Return shipping is at your own cost and risk, so we recommend a tracked service. We can't refund an item until we've received it.
Refunds
We'll refund the item price to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return. Original shipping charges aren't refunded.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Where are your products made?
All Tharshana pieces are designed and made in Sri Lanka.
How do your clothing sizes work?
Our clothing uses UK sizing. As a guide, UK sizes are usually 4 lower than US sizes. For example, UK 8 ≈ US 4 and UK 10 ≈ US 6.
Gifts
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. Our gift cards can be used on anything in our store.
