Orders and payment

How can I pay?

We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, any time before it ships. Email tharshana@tharshana.com with your order number. Pre-orders have different deadlines. See our Pre Order Policy.

Shipping

How much is shipping, and how long does it take?

Standard shipping (USPS Ground Advantage) is $8 and takes 2–5 business days. Express (USPS Priority Mail) is $18 and takes 1–3 business days. US orders ship from within the United States, and in-stock orders ship within 2 business days. See Shipping & Delivery.

Do I pay sales tax or import duties?

Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated at checkout. There are no import duties or customs fees to pay on delivery.

How can I track my order?

You'll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Pre-orders

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order reserves a piece that's still being made, so it takes longer to arrive. Pre-order items say "Pre-order" on the button. See our Pre Order Policy.

Returns

Can I return an item?

Yes. Request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. It must be unused, in resellable condition and in its original packaging. Sale items can't be returned. Return shipping is at your own cost, and original shipping isn't refunded. Returns go to our US address: 900 Chapel Street, Apt 503RG, New Haven, CT 06510. See our Return Policy.

Products and sizing

Where are your products made?

All Tharshana pieces are designed and made in Sri Lanka.

How do your clothing sizes work?

Our clothing uses UK sizing. As a guide, UK sizes are usually 4 lower than US sizes. For example, UK 8 ≈ US 4 and UK 10 ≈ US 6.

Gifts

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes. Our gift cards can be used on anything in our store.
