Orders and payment
How can I pay?
We accept major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay (including paying in installments), PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Amazon Pay.
Why don't I see every piece I've seen on Instagram?
Our US store shows pieces we hold in the United States, so they ship quickly with no customs fees. Some pieces are available only in the US. If you're looking for something you can't find, email us and we'll let you know if we can get it to you.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, any time before it ships. Email tharshana@tharshana.com or call +1 860 815 4095 with your order number. Pre-orders have different deadlines. See our Pre Order Policy.

Do I pay sales tax or import duties?
Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated at checkout. There are no import duties or customs fees to pay on delivery.
How can I track my order?
You'll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also check your order status in your account.
Pre-orders
What is a pre-order?
A pre-order reserves a piece that's still being made, so it takes longer to arrive. Pre-order items say "Pre-order" on the button. See our Pre Order Policy.
